We honeymooned.

If you were to ask David where we were going on our honeymoon he'd have said Mexico. If you'd have asked me I would have said Disneyland (very enthusiastically)! We were doing both, but I think David was a little embarrassed that we were going to the magical kingdom. I'm SOOOO glad we did and David admits that it was way more fun than he thought.

Itinerary:
Salish Lodge - 2 days
At home - 1 day (opened wedding gifts with family)
California - 5 days (Disneyland, California Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm)
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico - 7 days (Cabo Azul)

Had lots of help opening all the presents.

Disneyland, no lines so we hit every ride starting with Adventure Land first!  We took plenty of breaks to refuel our energy too.

I didn't capture the context of this picture, but David was marching down the streets before the parade started...
all by himself, like a drum major, getting quite the applause.

California Adventure more people, longer lines so we utilized "single rider" lines.

Knotts Berry Farm - An hour bus ride from our hotel so why not, I've never been.
Thankfully we got our fill of the rollercoasters before a really good chicken lunch.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico - We stayed at Cabo Azul 30 minutes outside of Cabo so we rented a car,
after we got sold on listening to a time share. The cash, free dolphin tour and breakfast was worth it!

Mi Casa, GREAT dinner spot in Cabo.

Day trip into Cabo - we took a clear bottom boat out to the rocks, saw the Pacific Ocean
from Divorce Beach and got off the boat on Paradise Beach to check out the caves and snorkel.
The water was pretty cold, but we stayed in long enough to see some cool fish and for David
to jump off one of the rock cliffs.
Who knew digging a hole on the beach would attract so much attention?!?
Boy did it, no one could walk by without looking in to see what was in
the bottom of the hole.  Just David.

Pay no attention to the signs posted along the beach to stay out of the water
because of strong rip currents or the fact that the water was freezing!
