We celebrated a birthday

Oct. 1

David turned 35. 

We celebrated at my parents house with my family who were
all in town for Lauren's wedding.  David requested
Southwest Egg Roles and a ColdStone ice-cream cake. 

 

He had lots of extra hands to help him open his presents and was

a good sport letting all the nieces and nephews be a part of his special day. 

 

While David doesn't like sweets much, he likes ice-cream cake.   

The Chocolate Chipper was SO good, even though they wrote

"Dad" instead of "David" on the cake.

 

The next night we went to Tokyo, a Japanese Steakhouse
with my parents for one last celebration.
